For these reasons, Nam Cum 2 Hydropower Plant is encouraged to invest in construction to contribute to socio-economic development, bringing benefits and pride to the locality in particular and Lai Chau province in general.

Nam Cum 2 Hydropower Plant Project is located in Pa U commune, Muong Te district, Lai Chau province. The project has an installation scale of 02 power units with a total capacity of 24MW, 01 115/11 kV- 30MVA transformer, 02 110kV line feeders, 01 total 110kV feeder. Asia Electric Energy Joint Stock Company (ACEE) is trusted and selected by the Investor as the testing unit to calibrate all primary and secondary equipment of the entire factory and distribution station yard.

On June 5, 2024, the Investor coordinated with relevant units to successfully connect to the grid and test run 02 power units, thereby contributing to socio-economic development of Lai Chau province and increasing supply. for the National Grid system.

This is the 4th time we have the opportunity to return to Ninh Thuan land – the land of green energy. Our destination this time is SinEnergy Ninh Thuan 1 Solar Power Plant in Phuoc Huu commune, Ninh Phuoc district, Ninh Thuan province. SINENERGY solar power plant has a total installed capacity of 50MWp with an area of 60ha, annually supplying about 78 million kWh/year.

Perhaps there is not a province or city in Vietnam that we have never been to, from the Dong Dang plateau stretching to Cape Ca Mau – the top places of the country. with each place where we go, we often remind each other to record images of the working process, the people and the life here. Today we would like to continue to share with our brothers and friends the images at the SinEnergy Ninh Thuan 1 Solar Power Plant project.

Phu Yen is the land of “yellow flowers and green grass” attractive with idyllic natural beauty. Every time we come to this land of peace, any of us have the feeling that we need to slow down to fully feel the breath and rhythm of the people here.

Test protection function

In the last days of June, ACEE’s technical staff had the opportunity to come to Phu Yen to carry out periodical testing project of Thinh Long AAA Solar Power Plant. The factory, invested by Super Energy Corp, with a total design capacity of about 50MW, is built on an area of 59ha in Binh Thang village, Son Thanh Dong commune, Tay Hoa district, Phu Yen province. Thinh Long AAA solar power plant has been put into operation to generate electricity since June 2019, contributing to meeting the demand for electricity for socio-economic development, security and defense in Phu Yen province, especially in the months of the dry season when hydroelectric plants no longer have enough water to generate electricity due to the effects of drought and climate change.

Testing and periodic inspection of Vinh Hao – Binh Thuan solar power plant in 2022

As part of the annual inspection plan, in May 2022, ACEE technicians continue their journey with testing and inspection works for renewable energy plants in the area in Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan. The beginning is Vinh Hao Solar Power Plant (Binh Thuan).

ACEE technicians are testing 110/22/11kV 40MVA transformer

Vinh Hao solar power plant is located in Vinh Hao commune, Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province, on a land area with a total area of 38 hectares. The project has a total investment of nearly 800 billion VND, with a capacity of 30 MWp and provides about 63 million kWh of commercial electricity per year, contributing to serving the production and living needs of people in the province Binh Thuan.

Because most of the testing and periodic inspection work are conducted outdoors, objective factors such as weather… will directly affect the construction work. However, with the bravery, experience, and capacity that have been confirmed in many projects, ACEE’s technicians have completed the testing and periodic inspection of safety and quality for the Factory. Vinh Hao solar power meets the investor’s request for the registration of power outages while ensuring stable power generation and reliable operation of the plant.

Immediately after completing the testing and periodical testing of electrical equipment according to Circular 33/2015/TT-BCT two My Son 1 & 2 Solar Power Plants of BB Group, A Chau Electric Energy Joint Stock Company (ACEE) has been trusted by the investor BB Group to continue to assign the task of testing and periodically testing electrical equipment for Phan Lam 2 Solar Power Plant with an installed capacity of 49MW in Phan Lam commune, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province with a total investment of up to 1,202 billion VND.

Due to the specific nature of solar power plants to ensure the maintenance of electricity generation, testing and periodical testing of electrical equipment is only carried out in the evenings and nights. Therefore, after 7 consecutive nights, ACEE officially completed the testing and periodical inspection for all electrical equipment of the 110kV substation and 7 inverter assembly stations of Phan Lam 2 Solar Power Plant and 172 expansion compartments located at Dai Ninh Hydropower Plant.

ACEE welcomes the new year with good news that has successfully energised many projects and projects on the S-shaped strip of land, believing in a new year, conquering new heights.

Following a successful year with renewable energy projects, at 2:22 am and 02:59 am on January 3, ACEE successfully completed energizing 110kV substation of Binh Dai Wind Power Plant under Binh Dai 2 Wind Power Plant project (capacity 49MW with 12 wind turbine towers) and Binh Dai 3 Wind Power Plant project (capacity 49MW with 12 towers of wind turbines)

110kV substation Binh Dai Wind Power Plant is located in Thua Duc Commune, Binh Dai District, Ben Tre Province by Mekong Wind Power Joint Stock Company (a company member of TTC Group TTC Group and GULF Energy Group-Thailand), known as the investor.

In this project, ACEE participates as the unit implementing the calibration and testing of all primary equipment, control systems, 110kV side protection system, 35kV side protection system, SVC reactive power compensation device system, medium voltage cable system of the whole project.

ACEE’s engineering team has carried out the calibration and testing work with both the best quality and the right schedule, which is highly appreciated by the Investor.

If mentioning Quang Tri 50 years ago, it is impossible not to mention priceless historical relics such as Quang Tri Ancient Citadel, Hien Luong Bridge – Ben Hai River, Khe Sanh, Truong Son Cemetery, Vinh Moc Tunnels. This is truly a heroic land with industrious people in labor and bravery in war.

ACEE’s engineers were carrying out testing of the first equipment at the 220kV substation

Referring to Quang Tri today is referring to the goal of gradually realizing the dream of becoming a renewable energy center of the Central region and of the whole country. Amaccao Quang Tri 1 wind power plant plays an important part in that common goal. Amaccao Quang Tri 1 wind power plant is invested by Khe Sanh Wind Power Joint Stock Company.

ACEE engineers were testing the AC/DC distribution system

The factory is carried out on a land of 22.1 hectares in Tan Lap, Tan Lien, Huc, Huong Loc communes and Khe Sanh town, Huong Hoa district. With an installed capacity of 49.2MW, 12 wind turbines, and a total investment of 2,000 billion, Amaccao Quang Tri 1 is connected to a 220kV transmission line to connect to the national grid.

ACEE engineers were testing a 220kV substation protected by relay system

To meet the project’s schedule of energizing and generating commercial power, ACEE’s engineers had to isolate and work radially at the construction site. After 2 weeks of efforts, ACEE has completed the calibration test for all the first and second equipment of the 220kV substation that are eligible to energize the national grid. This is a project that imprints the capacity and qualifications of young ACEE engineers with the goal of providing customers with the most reliable, safe and quality testing service.

My Son 1 & My Son 2 solar power plants with a total installed capacity of 100MW in My Son commune, Ninh Son district, Ninh Thuan province have been energized and put into operation since 2020. These are two factories owned by BG Energy Solution, a member company of Bangkok Glass Public Co., Ltd from Thailand and BB Group – a major investor in the field of renewable energy in Vietnam.

After 1 year of energizing and putting into operation, this is an important time to carry out periodic testing of the plant to assess the condition and quality of equipment. With the specific nature of solar power plants that can only cut off power at night, ACEE technicians have carried out maintenance continuously for 14 nights. By the night of November 9, 2021, ACEE officially completed the testing and periodical inspection for all electrical equipment of 2 110kV substations and 18 inverter substations of My Son 1 & 2 Solar Power Plant.

For some members of ACEE’s construction team, experiencing the challenge of working 14 nights in a row for the first time, which we call a “Journey through the Night,” was like a test of fitness. , spirit and solidarity of the members. With the spirit of enthusiastic work, the final result we receive is the absolute trust of the investor. In particular, the ACEE construction team provided the investor with experimental results and necessary information about the condition of the equipment and the quality of the equipment to help the investor take appropriate measures to improve the safe and reliable operation of the equipment, and at the same time, safely and successfully re-energize the entire plant.

Hoa Hoi Phu Yen Solar Power Plant

Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant is the first solar power project in Phu Yen province in 2019 with the largest scale in the Central region. The factory was built on an area of more than 256 hectares in Hoa Hoi commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province, Vietnam. This project is a joint venture between Truong Thanh Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company and B.Grim Group of Thailand as the investor with a total capital of VND 4,985 billion.

The plant uses photovoltaic technology 752,640 PV panels to directly convert sunlight into electrical energy with a capacity of 257 MWp connected and transmit the power to the 220kV transmission system. After 7 months of construction, on June 10, 2019, Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant project generated commercial electricity and on June 25, 2019, was officially inaugurated to put into operation.

In October 2021, due to the breakdown of medium voltage cabinet 473 in the 24kV range, the power generation output of Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant was greatly affected. Therefore, ACEE has coordinated with the investor and construction units to come up with a remedial plan and has completed the replacement, installation, testing, calibration, PTP, successfully energizing a series of 24kV medium voltage cabinets, contributing to ensuring the power output for the Plant.
